Throughout 2017 Girlguiding Staffordshire celebrated its 100th birthday. We had a whole host of events and activities to mark this momentous occasion. To read more about what we got up to visit our Staffordshire Celebrates pages.
Our Girlguiding Staffordshire Headquarters makes a perfect location for your sleepover or unit holiday. We have a single storey building, with full disabled access, situated in the small village of Hixon, near Stafford.
In Staffordshire we pride ourselves on providing excellent training opportunities for all of our volunteers from Girlguiding’s mandatory courses such as ‘A Safe Space’ through to courses such as ‘Campfire Singing’ to help enhance the programme we offer to our members.
Welcome to Girlguiding Staffordshire
Girlguiding Staffordshire provides a unique girl-only space, vital for personal and social development. It’s a safe, inclusive space where girls can be comfortable just being themselves. Guiding Staffordshire offers a unique opportunity for girls to acquire leadership skills, to become self-reliant and to develop a sense of well-being and self-worth.
Our sections consist of Rainbows (5-7 years), Brownies (7-10 years), Guides (10-14 years) and The Senior Section (14-25 years).
