Girlguiding Staffordshire’s County Team
The Girlguiding Staffordshire county team is headed by our County Commissioners, Alison & Cat and their Assistants, Penny & Chris. They are supported by three part time members of staff. The staff support our 1,200+ volunteers across Staffordshire. If you have any questions or queries, no matter how trivial them may seem, then give the office a call and either Vicki, Claire or Sue will do their best to help you.
County Commissioners
Cat Kerr & Alison Holmes
Alison & Cat have been Staffordshire’s joint County Commissioners since September 2019.
Assistant County Commissioners
Chris James & Penny Williams
Chris & Penny took on the roles of Assistant County Commissioners in September 2019 and support Alison & Cat in leading the County.
County Administrator
Vicki Davies-Friend
Vicki is responsible for the day to day running of the county office. She manages the administration of all county events and meetings. She is the ‘go-to’ person in the county for your answer to all Guiding related queries.
Vicki is also responsible for all county membership administration enquiries which includes long service awards and leadership qualifications.

Monday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm
County Projects & PR
Claire Keen
Claire looks after all of the county projects and member communications. This includes county publications such as the annual report and events booklet as well as being responsible for the county’s social media and internal communications such as out website, app and newsletter.
Claire also looks after all training enquiries that come into the office.

County Finance
Sue Edwards
Sue looks after the county finance including the handling and payment of invoices, day to day banking and stock management of the county shop.
