Whittington Trefoil Guild spent a brilliant evening having a guided tour at Tamworth Castle.
Their tour guide, Caroline, was full of information about the history of the castle and the ladies found it very interesting to take the tour at dusk. They climbed the ‘haunted staircase’ but fortunately didn’t meet any unexpected guests! Some of the Trefoil Guild members even had to try their hands at swords and helmets!
