The new 1st Response Syllabus is split into 3 sessions. Each session needs to be booked separately.
Session 1: Face to face theory and practical session combined (1 hour, held at Hixon).
Session 2: Theory session via Zoom (2 hours).
Session 3: Theory session via Zoom (2 h hours).
This is Session 1.
Please choose your one hour time slot on the booking form.
There is also now an e-learning aspect to the 1st Response course and this can be completed either before of after the full training course. Additionally prior to attending your first session please ensure that you watch the information videos that can be found in this document: 1st Response Video Links
Once all 3 sessions are complete, your 1st Response training will be valid for 3 years. You’ll need to redo the full training course and e-learning every 3 years in order to make sure your training is up to date. There is no longer the option of a short ‘refresher’ course.
