This training covers the role of mentors for the “Going Away With Guiding” Scheme. The training will cover topics such as – what is a mentor; supporting leaders to achieve the Going Away With Modules; an update on the syllabus; myth busting etc.
It is open to Leaders who are currently mentors or those suitably qualified who may be interested in becoming a mentor.
