Laughing yoga is an excellent way to keep fit and have lots of fun at the same time. It helps to release endorphins making you feel happier and energized. This session is specifically aimed at the Rainbow and Brownie age groups.
Come along and have a laugh with us!

IMPORTANT
To take part in this event, Rainbows & Brownies will need to have a completed consent form to take part in online meetings. If your daughter’s unit meets regularly on Zoom you should have completed one of these for your unit leader.
