Our successful Staffordshire Leadership Induction Programme returns with some new content to fit in with the Leader Development Programme. As well as delivering our usual interactive and fun day, we will also be presenting two of the mandatory courses required for the LDP face to face:
* Celebrating Every Member
* Managing Unit Accounts.
This is the perfect course for new Leaders in Training
Summary of the day (approximate timings):
9.30am – Welcome and games
10am – The girlguiding structure, programme and unit management
12.15pm – LDP Effective Communications
1.15pm – lunch
1.45 pm – LDP Celebrating Every Member
3.15pm – Go Basics
3.45 – 4.30 – Managing your unit /common issues
If you would like to attend for just part of the day then please indicate this in the “comments” section of the booking form.
Please ensure that when booking you provide details of an emergency contact who can be contacted during the course if needed (not yourself).
