New to leadership in Girlguiding? Want to get through the Leadership Qualification as quickly as possible? Then the Staffordshire Leadership Induction Programme (SLIP) has been designed just for you. This free course aims to help new leaders to understand what evidence is needed to complete the Leadership Qualification in as short a time as possible.
Come and share ideas for game and activities with other new leaders and learn about the history and structure of Guiding locally, nationally and internationally.
The course includes a programme awareness session, some Promise activities and an introduction to managing the GO database, discussions on financial matters, behaviour management and leadership issues.
