To make our Steam & Dream a success we need a team of volunteers to help the event run smoothly.
We have lots of activities that need manning throughout the day on the Sunday. We also need a smaller team of volunteers for the Saturday evening. Volunteers are also welcome to stay overnight if they wish.
We’re hoping that volunteers will be flexible and help out wherever they’re most needed but if you have a particular desire to do a specific role or have already been allocated a specific role then please let us know on the booking form.
Food
The option to pre-book food is now closed. You are welcome to bring your own food or buy food from one of the food outlets on site.
Timings
Volunteers on the Saturday will be required from 4pm to 10pm
Volunteers on the Sunday will be required from 8:30am to 6:30pm
If staying overnight you will need to bring your own roll mat and sleeping bag.
When willing out the form you will be asked for an emergency contact. This is someone who is not at the event who can be contact in case of an emergency.
