Join us for a wellbeing and relaxation session designed especially for our volunteers.
Take some time out and focus on you! This session will focus on mindfulness.
These sessions are aimed at promoting well-being through stress awareness & management, introduction of relaxation techniques, and promotion of resilience and coping strategies both during and beyond the current Covid-19 epidemic. Some ideas may be appropriate for use with girls in units.
Please note that this is not a training session – it is designed as a relaxing session for volunteers at this stressful time.
