Guides and Senior Section members from Lichfield Division have recently returned from a fun few days in Disneyland Paris. The girls spent two full days at the park and due to extensive fundraising beforehand were also able to visit Buffalo Bill’s Wild West show and enjoy an all you can eat buffet at one of the Disney hotels.
The trip has been 18 months in the planning and trip leader Vicki said “It has been an absolute privilege to lead Girlguiding Lichfield’s international adventure. Thank you to each and every member of the group, girls and adults. I had lots of people stop and tell me how polite, how well behaved and just how fabulous you all are!”
One of the guides, Ella said “It has been amazing, my favourite rides were Space Mountain and Tower of Terror.”
Isabel said “My favourite part was seeing the Wild West Show, it was awesome! It was great to go in both parks and have photos with the characters”
Penny, Lichfield Division Commissioner said “Organising such a trip is a massive undertaking and thanks must go to all of the organizing team. A massive thank you from all of the girls, parents and leaders.”
