Stone and Eccleshall and Stone Outward joined forces on Thinking Day to enjoy their candlelit walk. Over 250 Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Senior Section, Leaders and Trefoil members from Stone, Eccleshall, Oulton, Tittensor, Yarnfield, Barlaston and Aston took part in a candlelit walk at Trentham Gardens .
The weather was not kind ,in fact it was awful, but the bitter winds and the icy cold rain did not dampen the spirits of the younger members of Guiding who enjoyed singing and splashing their way through the puddles. The walk took the girls through the Italian Gardens, past the lake, the Old hall and back to the fountain where they re-made their promises. A big thank you goes to Trentham Gardens for allowing Girlguiding to hold their very special torch light walk in the Gardens.
