1st Walton Rainbows have been busy making and sending colourful birthday cards and pictures to Kath Becket, Stone and Eccleshall’s Badge Secretary.
Kath is a resident at Autumn House Nursing Home and earlier this month she celebrated her 93rd birthday. Even though we are all in lockdown the Rainbows hope that the cards will bring a smile to her face!
The Rainbows visit Kath and the other residents on the nursing home twice a year – at Christmas and at Easter. The love to sing to Kath and the other residents.
Kath has still been keeping busy by sorting out badges and receipts whilst the lockdown continues.
