Teambuilding is a vital part of any international trip. Members often don’t know each other when they are selected for the trip and so regular meet ups help the team to bond prior to their international adventure.
This summer we have a team going out to Iceland. As part of their teambuilding they have been working hard in the woods at Copeland Cottage, Maer. They have helped to clear a path around the story telling chair and beyond.
Trip leader Sam Abell said “whilst it has been very hard work it has been a great way to bond for an international trip”.
