2nd Mow Cop Rainbows took part in UK Parliament Week which included making edible sparklers, re-enacting the State Opening of Parliament and visiting the Lord Mayor of Stoke-on-Trent at the Lord Mayor’s Parlour.
The girls really enjoyed their visit and had a tour of the Council Chamber and the Queen Elizabeth II room. They also saw gifts from previous Mayoresses, old Mayoral regalia and silverware. They were very good at asking questions and learnt a lot.
