We are very pleased to share with you 2 of 17th Longton Guides (who are also now Young Leaders at 17th Longton Brownies) who were presented with their Baden Powell Awards in March. Sarah and Maisie are the first of the Guides to achieve this award since the unit re-opened 5 years ago. They are both also off to Kenya on an international this year and the unit (and County) couldn’t be more proud of these two girls.
They can seen receiving their awards from Adderley Green District Commissioner, Zoe Rushton.
