Congratulations to 1st Stone District Rangers who raised £57 for Diabetes UK with their recent cake sale.
The charity is very close to the hearts of the Rangers, as one of the Rangers is a diabetic and had proposed and organised the evening.
Sarah Williams, a leader with the Rangers , commented, “I was really proud of the girls’ efforts and they worked brilliantly as a team; they even washed and dried up!”
The event was supported by the guides and their parents.
