Equipment Hire

Publicity Material
We have number of publicity items available for you to hire for your recruitment and publicity events. Please complete the PR Items Booking Form and return it the County Office in plenty of time before your event. On receipt of your booking form we will confirm that the equipment you wish to hire is available.

We do not keep a large amount of leaflets in stock at County Headquarters. You are able to order your own directly via the Girlguiding Shop for just the cost of postage.

We can advise you on the purchase of corporate material such as freebies and giveaways.

Arts & Crafts Equipment
We have various arts and craft equipment available to hire from a brass rubbing kit to ocarinas to badge making kits. For further information please contact Vicki in the county office – county.admin@girlguidingstaffordshire.org.uk.
