Girlguiding Staffordshire County Day 2022
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our County Day 2022. The day will be a mixture of training, information sessions and networking along with our annual review.
The event will be held at the JCB Academy in Rocester from 9am to 4pm on Saturday 19th November. The cost of the day will be just £15 with both breakfast and lunch being provided and refreshments available throughout the day.

Feedback from previous County Days told us that people like to know exactly which sessions they will be doing on the day rather than ranking sessions by preference and potentially ending up with something they didn’t really want to do. We’ve tried to rectify this issue this year. You will select exactly which sessions you want to do in the afternoon. The sessions will be available of a first come, first served basis and so book early to guarantee you get the sessions you want. Once a specific session is full you will no longer be able to book it.
To enable us to do this you will need to visit this page 3 times – to book yourself on to the main event and then again to book your two sessions. We apologise if this seems long winded but it does mean that you’ll know exactly which sessions you’ll be attending prior to the event.
You will be sent a booking confirmation email as soon as you have booked. If you do not receive this then please check your junk/spam folder as the emails can often end up there. If you have any queries, please email county.projects@girlguidingstaffordshire.org.uk.
Follow these steps
- Book the main County Day Event
- Select 1 event from Session 3 and book it
- Select 1 event from Session 4 and book it
