All Sections of Rugeley Division came together at Hagley Park Academy to celebrate World Thinking Day by ‘Thinking Outside the Book’. This year’s event had the theme of ‘Children’s Literature’.
200 participates all got lost in the world of books by playing Quidditch, making a mess by creating their own rocky road, trying out different science experiments, going on a bear hunt and watching the Gruffalo play put on by the Rugeley Rangers. There was also an additional flair with some of the Leaders dressing up in their favorite literary characters.
This was also the perfect opportunity to award the President’s Award to well deserving members of the Division Team. These were awarded to Annabelle Davies, Lisa Weston, Nikki Ingram and Alice Norbury for all their hard work in their units and also within the Division.
