The 5th and final international trip that members of Girlguiding Staffordshire took part in this summer was Threapwood Division’s trip to Shanzu, near Mombassa Kenya.
Their service project included extending the existing church building to provide a kitchen, which will enable a feeding programme to be expanded. Alongside this they provided daily summer school activities for the children of a local primary school.
