Uttoxeter division held a climbing challenge at Beaudesert to raise money in memory of Lisa Oldham who was in a tragic accident. Some of Lisa’s family members were completing the Three Peaks Challenge and so Lisa’s daughter, Ellie, who is a Guide in Uttoxeter thought it would be a good idea to set the Guides their own three peaks challenge to be completed on the same day. She challenged the Guides to complete a tree climb, a traverse wall climb and crate stacking. Thirty Guides and Brownies completed the challenge and even a couple of the leaders gave it go! Over £200 was raised for the charities chosen and great fun was had by all.
